We are looking for candidates in the San Francisco, Bay Area

This position would be best for a self-starter with good time-management skills who is not afraid of putting in overtime or getting their hands dirty. The candidate must thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment, be able to keep him or herself on task, and have good organizational skills. The ability to think critically is necessary to endure changing priorities and keep up with a flexible company that prides itself on responsiveness to feedback.

Duties will include but may not be limited to:

  • Working with the product and production team for clinical solutions 
  • Work with Lab & Purchasing Teams to assure products arrive timely for patients
  • Coordinate patient appointments with your staff administrator and patients.
  • Adhere to and ensure that policies and procedures are followed in department and that any compliance issues are addressed with the Vice President.
  • Must maintain valid certification and appropriate CEU reqs.
  • Must maintain all Medical and Corporate Compliance Requirements, as per Federal, State (CA) and/or Company Standards


  • Experience working for an O & P Practice, preferably with past experience in a hospital-setting. 
  • Valid ABC or BOC CPO License (5 years plus with the certification preferable but newly certified/licensed will be considered)
  • Time Management & Delegation Skill-sets
  • Must take accountability for patients and accounts, further educate and rectify issues by taking initiative
  • Must be able to lead a project & team effectively
  • Must be willing and have the means to travel to multiple locations as needed
