We are currently looking to add an experienced sales professional to our team. We have interested patients seeking our technology in several major metropolitan areas.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Our Healthcare Sales Associate is responsible for direct contact with end users who have expressed interest in the product.  The Associate will guide the end user through every step of sales process from connecting them with a clinical partner to working the clinical partner to make sure the end user is being taken care of.

Most of the day will be spent talking directly to end users who have contacted LIM directly.  Each conversation will be input into Salesforce and will need to be followed up on until the sale closes.

Daily conversations with end users and with clinical partners will be done through the phone from our SF office. Work hours may vary but will begin with a regular schedule of 9:00am-5:30pm Monday-Friday.

 

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

  • Inside sales or customer service experience
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM  
  • Ability to learn the products and services
  • Ability to manage projects and timelines

 

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Contacting warm end user leads by phone
  • Logging opportunities into Salesforce
  • Managing open opportunities through each stage of the sales process
  • Making sure clinical partners have all information they need to make a successful fitting
  • Getting the LIM Clinical team involved in every opportunity that requires it

  • Customer Service, Motivation for Sales, Meeting Sales Goals, Phone Skills, Closing Skills, Salesforce, Self-Confidence, Product Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Client Relationships.

 

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: (Education, Job Experience, Certification, Physical Requirements, Abilities)

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Inside Sales/Phone Experience
  • Medical device, rehabilitation, prosthetics experience is a bonus
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds

  • Base salary + commission
